What should I wear?
We recommend layers for the warm-up. Shorts, tank top, sports bra, leggings, socks, dance shoes or heels (optional). Anything you feel comfortable in, wear it!
For pole, keep in mind your skin is the glue to the pole. So having shorts and tank tops work best. No jewelry or lotion the day of your class.
What should I bring?

Are the instructors Insured?
Yes! All of our instructors are Insured.
Are the instructors Certified/Licensed?
Yes! Mia is certified in Liquid Motion 1.0.
Kellie is certified in Liquid Motion 1.0, 2.0 and Heels. She is also certified in Liquid Pole, XPERT Pole Levels 1 & 2. Certifications available upon request.
